"Everyday was different and I was constantly learning new things. The people I worked with were great to be around and they were great teachers of the industry."
What don't you like about working at Tanger Outlets?
"At times it was somewhat demanding with the hours, as well as being on call 24/7."

"The only suggestion I have would be to challenge the person in my position more often."
