"The things I loved about being the Assistant Director were meeting and enter acting with our clients, being able to assure the that there program or show would be executed in a professional and timely manner and them having the confidence in me that it would be done. The things that I hated were those thing that you couldn't control, for example a piece of equipment that suddenly stops working, one of you staff not showing up for whatever reason. Things like that would really bug me."
