"It's a great, nationally recognized company and if you're willing to relocate, perhaps several times, you can really move up quickly."

"I don't like the raise structure at all. No matter how good a job I do, I can't make the money I feel like I deserve in my current position."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think if they are going to keep their all-stars around, they need to offer higher compensation packages."
