"If you are seeking an IT career, this may not be the best place to get it. So if you can get the best offers upfront because they will sweeten you up just to get you and then go back on their word."

What don't you like about working at Memorial Hermann Hospital?

"Within IT there was little room to advance and unreasonable amounts of work due to there refusal to hire people to deal with the constant expansions they do"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire more people. Stop trying to run an Enterprise setup with a small business IT and Support staff!"
