But if you understand the different subcultures between sports, can cope with any stress factors, get along with the players, and enjoy working with your hands, you will find yourself having a lot of fun being in a position similar to this. It is very demanding, mentally and physically, but is also very rewarding."

"Loved working with the people and the operations side in college athletics. Learned a lot about leadership,work eithc and what is like to work on a Championship team."

"No I do not, I have not met any of the employees for this company"

"lost focus of work/life balance. Also because of the economic times lost our health benefits"

"Try to be honest with your employees and understand people have families/lives outside of work"

"It is a great University that is trying to develop and niche athletic market in orange County"

"there was nothing I didn't like about woking there, it is a great place to be"

"Coaching is a great profession and very fun to be involved with."

"The school was very small and did not have a great support staff or funding"

"I do not have any suggestions for them. They are doing a great job with what they have"
What do you like about working at Lipscomb University?
"The people are fantastic! I like that it is a christian school"

"They would love to work at Lipscomb but it is only for a few people."
What don't you like about working at Lipscomb University?
"I feel stagnant at times and I want a better work life balance but I am a hard worker."

"I would make sure that I confronted all situations head on."

"Jacksonville State was a good experience in terms of my career."
What do you like about working at AYSO?
"It was wonderful. I love to play soccer since I was very young, I still play the sport up until now. It was an incredible experience working in the job that I really like. I did not get paid for what I did, it was a volunteer job."
What don't you like about working at AYSO?
"I don't dislike American Youth Soccer Organization. I would love to go back to AYSO if I have an opportunity to do so."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I trained youth and middle school athletes soccer foundation. Maintained sportsmanlike conduct. Organizing the team and planning strategies before matches. Wonderful experience."
