"Being able to work in a stressful environment is a critical skill in this field. But if you understand the different subcultures between sports, can cope with any stress factors, get along with the players, and enjoy working with your hands, you will find yourself having a lot of fun being in a position similar to this. It is very demanding, mentally and physically, but is also very rewarding."
