"I enjoyed working with the people. The employees are very diversified, all ages, culture, and education levels. The facility and work environment is very professional. Your performance is always being critiqued and rewarded in front of your fellow peers. Management is always creating new ways to reward good performance and keep their employees satisfied & motivated."

What don't you like about working at Chapman Autogroup?

"The stress of working in auto sales. If sales weren't consistent, it would be reflected in the mood of the employees. Being that all sales & leasing consultants were paid on strictly commission, they would often show jealousy or make complaints of someone who was in my position (inside phone sales.)"
