What do you like about working at Bethlehem Academy?

"It's a temporary job working with school age children before they go off to school in the morning and after school program. I work 3 hours in the morning from 6am to 9:30am unless they need me to stay and help out if someone is absent I stay until 11am. Then I return in the afternoon from 3pm to 6pm, but I get to leave as soon as the last school aged child is picked up."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you're just starting out as a pre-school/nursery or school age teacher or aide it's a good place to start."

What don't you like about working at Bethlehem Academy?

"It's not what I enjoy doing for a living. I enjoy working as an independent contractor facilitating workshops, seminars, life skills coaching."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have a better rappor with the employees, really get feedback from the employees and improve the working and quality of life."
