"What I love the most is synergy invest to every production day. I have pet peeve, lot of "quality holds" that hinder a normal workday."

"My suggestion is for the company to avoid letting personal conflicts with employees decide the outcome of their roles in the company. Retribution on a personal level was the biggest issue."
