"Skip this place. If you want avoid an ulcer, gray hair and stress, you would be smart to interview elsewhere. The place is not as good as it looks."

"Leadership by fear and torment. Paranoid place to work with a very rough culture and no work from home. Poor policies and most employees hate the place. Terrible turnover rate."

"Stop worrying how much money you are going to make in the next earnings call and worry about the losses of employees."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't expect that you can retire here, and grow your career. Its not a 9 to 5 job. If they require you to come in on the weekend or work the night shift, and you refuse because you have a family or some other legit excuse. You will be on their top priority to be layed-off when the time comes. Doctor's appointment is not an excuse. They are very actively outsourcing all their software development to China."

"Outsourcing software engineers is #1 on their list. You will always be looking for another opportunity somewhere else."

"Great coworkers, interesting and challenging work, solid health insurance plan that's affordable - one of the best benefits offered."

"Wait until the CEO leaves before you think about working here. They need better management here and until they get it. you're better off investing your time elsewhere."

"Lack of flexibility, upper management is dictatorial - complete disregard for employees - If you don't like it, go work somewhere else attitude"

"Care about your employees and do right them which will ultimately be what's best for the company. That's how you earn loyalty. Loyal, happy employees do good work, stay vested and outperform."
