"On the surface, Aspect is a great company with great people and a great product. Unfortunately they are not great at deciding what they want from their employees. I was hired with an admitted lack of knowledge of their particular technology stack and the promise of a month to get up to speed... only to be perfunctorily let go after only two weeks when I was not able to hit the ground running on day one."
