"There is nothing that I dislike about this company. In general, enjoyed working at ASM."

"We had a great team. I do not have any suggestions for the management."

Depending on your department, you may still do some boring work, but ASML provide you with opportunity to transfer to different groups and is flexible in this regard. Overall the company is very nice and recommended."

The result is an office environment devoid of color or life, covered in cubicles, inhabited by white-haired old men. While effort is being made to hire more recent graduates, the overall atmosphere is very-much a mirror of Office Space."

"THere will be no advancement , position you were hored for most likely will no be what you though it was."

"Lack of leadership and acountability , need to be able to get creadit for the job well done and be acountable for mistakes across the board"

"Gets some training in the people skills and managment , take responsibilities and delegate authorities."
