"Very professional, the group I worked with was great. Everyone helped everyone to achive our mission"

"The down turn. No notice"

"For th most part management was very good."

What do you like about working at ASML?

"YEs, and the fact that I was working with the best in the semiconductor business. The other companies like Canon or Nikon could not compare to their product."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"No, not at this time."

What don't you like about working at ASML?

"This company had a cycle I didn't like. So, if the the cycle is good there was plenty of installations to do then there where no worries about losing your job. If there a down cycle and there are no installations to do then everybody worries about losing thier jobs. I didn't like that part of ASML."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Well, for ASML management I would like to suggest that they keep their word. Meaning, if you say some safe from lay-offs then they should be safe. Don't lie to there face and say they are not. To me it if you do something like that you lose all creditably with me. And, I think I believe that hold true to all companies past and future."
