I feel that they need to have tighter restrictions on thier dress code, the acceptable behavior of their employees and begin paying employees the money they deserve based on the work that they do.
2.1I have worked for Ashford for almost three years and have unfortunately found it to be a company driven by the need to make a profit and not by ethical practices with regard to employees or students. Faculty are not respected and many students are admitted without the skills needed to succeed.
2.8This company drastically underpays overqualified employees for obscene amounts of work while not rewarding those who consistently deliver hard work and results. Additionally, as an educational institution, they do not reward those with higher levels of education; there are several examples of subordinates having higher-level and better quality educations than their managers and even VP's. To make matters worse, there is no advancement with this company unless you know somebody.
