"I've been at Fisdap for about 5 years now. Shortly after I started, it was acquired by Ascend Learning and we now have more resources at our disposal. Fisdap is a small software company that specializes in virtual certification and test prep services for EMT and Paramedic students. We also produce products for higher-level studies, such as Tactical Emergency and Casualty Care (Paramedics who work on SWAT teams, etc.). The subject matter is interesting and the support I receive across different teams within my business unit is invaluable."

"This company really needs a big change in terms of management. It's really a top heavy company, having multiple people to manage few developers. Should cut down more of management and hire more technical people who have the freedom to discuss about technology and decide what's best."
