"I've worked for Arvest Bank for almost 5 years. I helped develop and start a division with 4 employees to now 55 employees with over 1 billion in mortgage loans. I feel that Arvest is conscious about culture, work/life balance, diversity, inclusion, and have been happy in my time with my management and team."

"This is absolutely the worst place to work. It is run by people with little or no experience at all. From Human Resources to managers, they all seem to be from another planet. They simply do not care. That's it or leave, my way or the highway type if management. You would have to be very desperate to work there and you won't last long. If management does not like you personally, you are gone!"
