What do you like about working at The Art Institutes?

"I totally enjoyed the interactions with active and potential students. The school and it's array of truly fine arts secondary programs are fantastic and the exceptionally talented contingency of students these program attract was almost worth staying there as a staff member."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Expect to stay in the position for sometime and if that isn't your expectation or desire, this is probably not the company to work for."

What don't you like about working at The Art Institutes?

"The lack of internal movement paths from admissions to operations, as well as the seemingly lack of true training and development programs especially for the admissions team."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Explore the possibility to more opportunity for admissions employees to become proficient at their jobs and then create/offer opportunities for movement into the operational areas. This would create a more verse employee and one who would then be in a position to provide end-to-end support for the student."
