"The skills and abilities of literally everyone of PM or higher rank were astounding, and the depth/complexity of the workflow was fascinating.But the pace is unreasonable - tracking hours, job estimates, and reported time are pure fiction. No time exists for anything less than flawless execution all the time, every time. Reality is all under the table. Everyone is overbooked 100% of the time.One particular insanely productive (= powerful) Senior PM, my direct superior, was major vicious nasty."

"I personally felt it was very silo'd. I also feel that the senior management here just really don't care very much about their employees. It was a very sterile work enviornment. There was not much excitement."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Morale is important... and morale there is not good, even in the best of times, it was not. Have a little compassion for your employees. The people who work there are professional people who are interested in exceling in their careers. You don't make it easy for anyone to do that by your lack of growth opportunities and strict policies."
