What don't you like about working at Aronson Furniture?

"Over the years it seemed the staff his culminated to a cult they were lots of family relations and personal relations within the company and that is not a healthy environment to wotk at, especially when you the company hires new management to run the day to day tasks, company employees were to comfortable to continue doing what they were doing and when a new manager challenged the employee, the employee won because he or she was related to a senior manager in rge company or had a relation with, Store managers had no back ups of senior level company executives, as a general manager company should provide u with more versatilityin decision making I saw what was wrong and I could not make any changes because of the cult"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"to trust more in your Store General managers, and provide them with more versatility, and when selecting a location prior to opening a location consult with local to be hired managers for inputs managers must have been in the industry and around the area for a long period and have acquired lots of vital information to get to that level, their input is crucial to the success of the operation"
