"I like that they don't over micro manage. Sometimes micro managing is needed but they allow you to do your job as long as you prove you can do it correctly and to the standard."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be yourself and don't lie. They will expect you to do the job right out of the gate so there is no time to learn something you do not already know. If you don't know something be honest and tell them."

What don't you like about working at Arnold's Family Fun Center?

"I wish I had better equipment to work with. Sometimes I do not have the correct equipment to do the job and have to improvise with what I do have. I also with I could work different hours, but that is on me and I knew the hours when I started."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Sometimes small investments can pay off big. There is a lot of wasted materials that can be reused if you put a little money into getting the right equipment to maintain them."
