The goal of URM is to streamline the process of procuring insurance, provide non-biased legal and industry knowledge from experts in the field. Removing conflicts of interest between the ultimate client, broker, and the insurance market leads to a trusting and profitable relationship that fosters long-term relationships. Working in this environment has provided internal and external consultants the flexibility and work/life balance that has created a firm culture unlike any others in the field.
