"I've worked for Armature Corp for 1 year and 6 months and they have just about run me into the ground. Management makes exceptions for friends in the company, there's zero structure to the development life cycle and they like to talk about change but it's been 6 months since I was promised noticeable change, and nothing has been done. If you're a person who thrives in the high stress, uncoordinated workplace, this is for you."
