"Armanino is a great alternative for those who do not want to be in the atmosphere of a Big 4 accounting firm. There are great perks here, but one of my complaints is the workload. Because this is a mid-size firm, many of the positions are understaffed, causing individuals to take on huge workloads. I have seen many over the time that I have been here leaving due to the burnout that occurs with the insane amount of projects they have to work on. Pay could be better, but other perks help even it out"
