"Arlington/Roe is a great company to work for. The culture embraces growth and learning. That being said, the IT department is not a top priority with the company and has limited growth opportunities. If you are comfortable with your place in life then it's a great place to work. If you're someone who is ambitious or wants to advance in their career then I would not suggest starting here."
