"I was kind of my own boss there, I did a lot of my work with out supervision, and it all was easy for me to do. Easy training available."

"They ran out of work fro me to do and sent me home early so I didn't get paid that much when I didn't work a full day."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make sure there is plenty of work to do or see if employee can help out other departments."

"I have been working at Arlington Memorial for a long time and know many of the people that work in the hospital. They have good insurance and a good 401K plan."

"Through the years I have seen many changes at Arlington Memorial Hospital. Some of those changes have been good, but there are some that are not. I think that Arlington Memorial has lost the home town feel that it used to have. I have seen many employees that had been with Arlington Memorial for many years and have an enormous amount of experience either laid off or forced to retire."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Cherish the people you have that can bring different kinds of experiences to the table and that are willing to tackle the increasing demands of the healthcare field. Do not micro-manage. Accept that there are some of your employees that can be beneficial in helping you with your daily demands and be willing to let them try to help."
