"It was a wonderful team environment that enlisted each department head to participate in the succes of the hospital while ensuring that all department heads understood the impact that one department has on the other."

What don't you like about working at Arlington Memorial Hospital?

"THR owns them now. The Community hospital feel has gone and corporate environment is in its place. That is not a bad thing, but just different from what it used to be."

"This job was great, it was only temporarily though, wish it was longer."

"I was kind of my own boss there, I did a lot of my work with out supervision, and it all was easy for me to do. Easy training available."

What don't you like about working at Arlington Memorial Hospital?

"They ran out of work fro me to do and sent me home early so I didn't get paid that much when I didn't work a full day."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make sure there is plenty of work to do or see if employee can help out other departments."

"I have been working at Arlington Memorial for a long time and know many of the people that work in the hospital. They have good insurance and a good 401K plan."

"Good luck. Put your best foot forward and keep on doing the best you can in everything you do."

What don't you like about working at Arlington Memorial Hospital?

"Through the years I have seen many changes at Arlington Memorial Hospital. Some of those changes have been good, but there are some that are not. I think that Arlington Memorial has lost the home town feel that it used to have. I have seen many employees that had been with Arlington Memorial for many years and have an enormous amount of experience either laid off or forced to retire."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Cherish the people you have that can bring different kinds of experiences to the table and that are willing to tackle the increasing demands of the healthcare field. Do not micro-manage. Accept that there are some of your employees that can be beneficial in helping you with your daily demands and be willing to let them try to help."

"I enjoy that it is a Faith based hospital, flex time, and I enjoy working with the patients"

"Not being able to really advance in the company"
