"There are unrealistic expectations for some roles. The products need updating and improvements. Marketing is virtually non-existent and there is little management support for sales."

"Management needs to realize the impact that poor morale has on productivity and talent retention. There also needs to be value placed on customer relations."

"The people working for ARI are generally nice people. This is too bad because management is very dishonest."

"Run, do not walk to another opportunity. The company can not deliver a product that functions as advertises. As such, everyone there is held to standards that cannot be reached."

"ARI is a terrible company to work for. All they care about is their quarterly reporting. They know very little about the technology they sell."

"Stop hiring yes-men for positions of authority and listen to dissent - it might lead you to success."
