"I enjoyed the corporate structure. The company always hired and promoted from within, which gave us something more to strive for. The company grew really fast, and I loved being a part of the hiring decisions and giving presentations to my coworkers about best mortgage practices.The atmosphere at the company was really young, talented, and fun individuals. We really bonded closely within our teams and met goals together that were always rewarding."
