As an Area Production Manager/Machine Operator in the Banbury department we always got extremely dirty. Unless you wanted to make a mess at home you would always shower before leaving the plant."

What do you like about working at Southland Custom Homes?
"Was strongly recruited there by an old Atlanta associate ( co-owner ) and then both joint owners begun to have major conflicts and following litigations with each. Was truly just bad timing on my joining the company."
What don't you like about working at Southland Custom Homes?
"The in-fighting and some methods in the day to day operations that were not honorable and forthright for clients and employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Both Owners to step back and retire and adhere to the plan they assured me would take place recruiting me form Florida."
