"It held a great environment, and it was a lot of fun going to work most of the time."

"It's a great first or second job, but do not expect to move up. They will ALWAYS hire someone from outside before they promote from within."

What don't you like about working at Splash Lagoon?

"I absolutely was not paid enough. To be a supervisor and arcade technician, while doing an absent manager's paperwork, minimum wage was not enough."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn to treat your employees like they have bills and lives to pay for, too."
