"If you seek the career advancement you will only receive it by working your initial term and job and moving on shortly thereafter. Techs here are under paid and highly unappreciated. There is an incredibly high turnover rate and usually the only promotion received comes without financial compensation. There is a constant feeling that your job will be ripped away at any given moment. The general rule of thumb seems to be, we will replace you with someone less skilled for considerably less. The projects team used to be filled with highly (appropriately) paid techs with salaries ranging form 70-120k. One year later they were all gone and replaced with techs making nearly half that. One tech there making around 70k was told that he was the highest paid tech in the company. For a Managed Service Provider that is pretty sad. This company seems to depend entirely on the backbone of about 3 techs. Otherwise all other techs are highly disposable. The only positive thing that I can contribute is that you receive free health and dental insurance. Other than that my experience was extremely terrible and management seems destined to run this company into the ground."
