"What I liked working as an architect and project manager at my last job was the opportunity to work in a wide variety of projects, enjoying a great freedom, conceiving the generating ideas, thanks to having won the confidence of my superiors. I really enjoyed designing projects from the beginning and I felt very satisfied at the end of the work process when the result of the buildings corresponded with my initial ideas."

"No job security, benefit package is the worst and you feel commited to work 55 hrs a week to keep your job"

"they sound great at the begining but once you are there is a total coorporate company - meaning they dont care aobut the employees"

What don't you like about working at DLR Group?

"no to much to say about positive things in this firm"

"to many principals doing nothing"

"The technical challenge is rewarding. There are some good people there, both in terms of character and technical ability, but management is extraordinarily weak."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"After 6 months you will see the need for a exit strategy if the payroll does not stop before then."

What don't you like about working at GeoFields?

"Lack of communication. No design goals or specifications. Just do this attutude. VP of Development is an accountant."

"Walk or sink the ship."
