"Senior management lacks the vision to improve this company's future going forward. Lots of good employees leaving or have already left. If you're looking for career growth this is not the company for you."

"Senior management needs improvement. No communication with employees, poor employee morale and no career growth opportunity. Only a few core clients keep it afloat. There are some good employees whose skills are not being utilized - many have already left for better opportunities."

"Communicate with employees! Conduct reviews and award those who satisfy the clients!"

"do not work here. the reputation it has is worth it. people will tell you the hours are long....but the hours are long because of inefficiencies in the office structure not because the work is demanding."

"No one communicate. No heirarchy. Office is very uncomfortable from chairs, to desks, to being hot and dry, people are not friendly."

"Stop micromanaging projects and give people titles with responsibilities. Team meetings would be nice so everyone working on a project can know what is going on."
