"This is not a good place for women to work because of the old men's club. You could start a project with great gusto, and then the so-called managers change their minds again, and now all your work is for nothing. This place is not good for long term careers either because there's no room for advancement."
"Working in this company was very disappointing to say the very least. I thought I was being given a chance to contribute to this department and grow. This never transpired. My immediate "managers" (if this is what they are still calling themselves) were moody alcoholics. There was favoritism and abusiveness, just like at the other horrible places that I heard about and worked for in the past, this company was no better. There are never raises, in any department here at ARC. It's not just the department where I was working in, it's across the board. The managers were unethical, would lie about the month end intake of money. They called it "fudging the numbers". And even though I was told that there was on the job training upon beginning my position/job, when I started my job, there was none. And since the manager was very difficult to communicate with, getting help with learning my job was a challenge. My manager loved to vent and spiel. All of us had to listen to her daily problems. One would think that she'd prefer to be a professional and help others grow in the department, but I think that she never experienced this at a job. If you are thinking of working here, don't. Don't do it, unless you enjoy working within a happy hour environment."
"Management Style is not transparent. No growth incentive."
