"I have worked at the American Quarter Horse Association for 7 years. It has a lot of good people to work with. The benefits are good and pay is OK for a non-profit. They are family oriented and I have no problems taking time off to care for my family. When you are salary then you may have to travel and work a lot of overtime without much compensation."
