No growth opportunities if you don’t butter. - Company has full politics and environment is fully charged with those politics. - Managers create pressure on employees through performance review process. (Quarterly performance review process). - Managers impose unwanted demands which are not at all relevant to work and creating pressure through performance review process which is very pathetic. - Performance review process is quarterly process so every quarter managers create pressure on employees. Pressure is good enough to create pressure on employee for resignation. So they hire employees, use them, create pressure until they resign. - Company hire experience employees and get their freshers trained and fire them once they are useless. - No values of employees and their work if you are experienced."

"I don't like anything about working at Aptean. My co-workers are great, but due to unneccessary processes in place, it's next to impossible for our customers to do business with us"

"I would not even bother interviewing. This company is terrible."

What don't you like about working at Aptean?

"I don't like working at Aptean at all. The only saving grace is co-workers who are great to work with. But everyone is looking for a new job!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get some stability in the upper management and stop laying off sales folks and re-organizing territories!"

"I had to leave because of the market drop and the fact that we had to take a cut in pay to keep our jobs."
