"The employees are fantastic, all hard workers, all team players, all of them incredibly smart."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"This is a stepping-stone company, no place for a career. With below industry standard pay increases and scales, you'll likely take a pay cut coming here, and spend a few years just trying to make up for lost ground. Promotion is almost non-existent, and you will have to deal with promises left unfulfilled by management."

What don't you like about working at Apptix?

"Management is poor, deceptive, and generally uncaring of their employees concerns (my way or the highway). Pay raises are below standard of living increases, and pay scales are customer support, and not technical support, pay scales. Benefits at time of hire were good, but have steadily been eroded."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Value your employees, they get the work done. Instead of looking for ways to take from your employees, look to give. Management should not get any bonus if their employees get no bonuses, hard to justify no annual bonuses for employees when the execs are getting 50k+ bonuses yearly and driving lambos."
