What do you like about working at Ferguson Electric?
"It was hard work but I felt accomplished when I finished my tasks. My fellow crew members were fun to work with. We had a great team dynamic."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Ferguson will work with almost anyone. If you are a hard worker they will be sure to hire you."
What don't you like about working at Ferguson Electric?
"There were people from all walks of life at the constructions sites. Some of these people were not the best to be around and many of them made poor lifestyle choices. There was sometimes overlap from their bad choices."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"From my experience it seems that management should work with the crews daily and also make a long term plan for the company. The top level managers were rarely around and it seemed like they rarely worked."

"Learned new ways to work. I Gained valuable experience and made a decent wage for my position."

"There were some instances where I was supervised way too much."

"Give your workers more headroom. Don't micromanage so much. You will be surprised at what many are capable of."
