"Certainly not the best calibration lab in the Atlanta area, but on the surface, they try. They invest in quality equipment standards and they recruit prior military cal techs, but the Boss and a few under qualified "TOP" techs show you how "they" calibrate equipment. Good people make a good company, not the other way around. Benefit package is pretty average."

Please note that I've been in the corporate world for 20 years now, and I know how a good company runs and how and now I know how a bad company runs. Simply by lying to their customer daily and treating their employees terribly. Their HR department is a joke, and the only people that you will find that is happy there are managers."

"I can't emphasize enough how male driven this place is. In 20 years of working for all kinds of companies I've never seen such female discrimination."

What don't you like about working at Applied Technical Services?

"Not female friendly at all. All male managers, no communication, sleezy mananagent, unorganized. It's basically a back woods company trying to be corporate."

"I don't know where to begin. Main suggestion is to study/practice ethics."
