"I worked for applied medical for about a year as an in-process inspector. My daughter passed away in 2017. Human resources were very helpful with me dealing with this at first. My wife was having a hard time coping with what happened so I ask my manager for time off. He told me to stop milking it and if I go to human resources, I would get fired. The next day I was terminated for something I didn't do. I reached out to human resources and they didn't believe me. Prior to this happening, I took a loan out through the company to pay for the funeral. After I was fired, they sued me in court."
"I worked at Applied Medical after I decided to change career paths from being a physician. I was put in a role in which the ability to use my clinical knowledge and skills would have allowed the team to advance much faster than they were.
