"I was told that if I traveled on the Global Install Team for years that I would have my choice of where I could relocate wherever Applied Materials were located. They relocated to a site not of my choice and then laid me off 2 months later. Very misleading."

"Don't make promises to their employees and not follow through. After I was told I was laid off I was immediately offered a job with their major customer."

"Originally it was a great company to work for. Then they got a new Manager and he does layoffs so he can get his bonus."
