The high energy that you feel in everyone, the commitment to accomplish the work with high standards, everyone working together to achieve the same goal and with enthusiasm. The dedication and commitment of the company for the well being of their employees, the training opportunities, the open door policy and accessibility to management. "Have an open mind, I know there are rules and regulations but sometimes you have to go out of the box to accomplish special steps and accomplish something wonderful and beneficial to the organization. In general use good common sense not everyone is exactly alike and managers have to have not only the knowledge of the organization but have strong personnel management skills to be able to use their most strong asset the people that work for them."
