"In spite of not having salary increases for the last 3 years, the company is moving very slow with the latest technologies. There is no new development, just maintenance. The control of attendance is ridiculous. One minute late is considered a tardiness. Sick time has to be taken in 4 hour increments. No compensation when working late or weekends. You have to swap a badge when you come in and when you are leaving. The company needs to improve on technology to keep up with the latest applications."
