"Symitar has the potential to be an AWESOME company to work for. There are a lot of AWESOME people within the organization and our parent company, Jack Henry & Associates, is growing, so career opportunities are abundant within the entire organization, not just Symitar."
What don't you like about working at Jack Henry & Associates?
"Training sucks, because there are no How To procedures anywhere. Most jobs are learned by trial and error."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hmmm...stop the lip service. Get out and actually get to know the people that are doing the work. Too many closed doors."
What do you like about working at FDM Group?
"The co-workes and management seemed to all fit well together. Work had a good environment about it."

"Make sure they are willing to dedicate the time and effort to learn the new skills and systems that will be taught."
What don't you like about working at FDM Group?
"The main office is based in England. This caused for many issues with consistency between companies."

"When management would seek for high results, the team would work at a higher level and perform better."

"I liked working at J.F. Shea because all my users were great! I loved working with them and I think I made a difference to them. The company is great place to work."

"What I didn't like was the fact that no once was buying new houses over a year ago and I was laid off."

"I think Management does a fine job."
