"Relax. It's a calm environment without micromanaging. Make sure to prepare and know your stuff."

"There was no room for growth or advancement. I've been in the same position for 5 years. I'm not complaining, just hungry for growth."

"There's so much more to do. I would suggest more training and upgrades."

"Management was not supportive in terms of education and general support that is a priority of a manager- to work with support and back their employees."
