"Depending on the division and location, I'd suggest interviewing mgmt and colleagues twice as much as you think they're interviewing you."
What don't you like about working at FlightSafety International?
"Sadly, few people were serious, peculiarly hypocritical, and almost universally crude."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It's time for fresh, committed people at the top. Times - and finding good employees - are tough, and empty words and meaningless non-gestures push away the decent."
