"I don't like the wages and methods of hiring and scheduling employees. There are too many employees and very little hours distributed, causing hardships."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Improve people skills, and assess managers more often. There seems to be some discrimination concerning more mature employees managed by younger assistant managers."
