"The company has a good premise, and they are making lots of money. Their business model seems to be one of bait and switch, and sniping college students prior to graduation. There are many growing pains, not enough talent, and too many key people leaving in droves. Very poor work/life balance."

"I have worked at Apparatus since late 2012 and have seen the company go through growing pains of trying to take on big, multinational companies, while trying to remain true to their employees and small business/start-up roots. Sometimes it seems like they keep things quiet for no reason, such as how and why you are paid what you are paid and how your raise is considered. I would consider working for them again. They are a good company with good values, they just need some work."
