"I joined APL in 2014 and it has been an adventure ever since. After 2 years to company was bought by CMA CGM and I was asked to relocate to Newport Beach to assist in the merger. I would say my entire time with APL was a wonderful learning experience. I found mentors, grew my professional confidence, and made many friends. Sadly the company has changed a lot since the merger but I wouldn't change a thing."

"There were very few, if any, opportunities to advance. Someone had to quit, be fired, or die before you had the opportunity to advance. I made my own way and found niche areas where I created a new positions to fulfill business needs."

"Create a tiered (banded) environment within IT where each discipline have opportunities for advancement within the job scope."
