What do you like about working at AnyMeeting?

"The people are great. The proximity to Bella Terra is a huge bonus."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would recommend that you stay far, far away. If you do end up taking the job, remember that your days are numbered. It's only a matter of time before you're shown the door, just like every body else."

What don't you like about working at AnyMeeting?

"The turnover rate is astronomical. The owner routinely fires competent, productive people. Employee morale and engagement are non-existent."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You can't keep turning the entire staff over and then wonder why morale and productivity is so low. The micromanagement is also a huge reason for the extremely low morale. Let your employees work and reward them for their successes. We all know what happens when we don't perform... you don't need to constantly keep reminding us."
