"I currently work at the Antech Lab in Southaven, MS. This is by far the worst job experience ever as far as management. They don't care anything about employees, as long as you're slaving doing their work, they are happy. The current specimen processor supervisor is the biggest ass, how she maintains to get a supervisor position I'll never know. One thing for sure is they have a lawsuit that they won't be able to stand."

I feel the tools used for work should be of high quality in order to maximize efficiency, but that quality just isn't there at Antech."

"The company did not have a good management at all. They watch or monitored everyone in the lab, which really made us very nervous. HR shows favoritism. President talks to employees like they are nothing. You work until you finish so there is no set schedule. Sometimes there is not enough work so you barely get 8 hrs. This company shows no loyalty to employees, firing people who have worked there for years."
